Enjoy regular competitive squash at Cardiff, with in-house competitions and association pennants throughout the year.

Monday Social Competition

Our ranked in-house social competition runs on Mondays. Enjoy the social side of squash while putting your game to the test in regular competitive matches.

NSRA Pennants

Play in the NSRA association pennants competition on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, with matches held across multiple venues. There are two main ranked competitions each year: autumn and spring.

Between Pennants Seasons

We also run additional in-house competitions between the pennants seasons, giving you more opportunities to keep playing and competing throughout the year.
